My strange but true prayer request.

Most of you know of my personal (and maybe a little bit morbid) prayer request that I die as my Grandma Hattie did. This means I truly want to die working for Him. Grandma Hattie was 86 years old when she helped my grandpa for weeks with a new addition he built onto their church. When finished sheetrocking one day, they went up the steps and Grandma sat down and died. Four ministers preached her funeral. The house was packed and people stood out on the porch with the doors open to try to hear the service. The procession line's end could not be seen from the beginning nor beginning from end. How she died touched me to the core. Since that time, I've prayed my strange little prayer about this matter. If I died tonight, I would probably be ok, because when I think of ALL that Jesus has given me and all that I've been able to do in my life, places I've gone...children, grandchildren, careers, friends...I just really could die happy with what I've been given. But, I have a little feeling that there is STILL MORE and that I WILL be doing HIS WORK when HE takes me! Because He is able to give us exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think! I LOVE THE LORD JESUS and HE IS MY ALL IN ALL!
